The first batch of demo cars for the Tokyo Autosalon 2003 (10th to 12th January) are shipped to Japan. The full range equipped top MKB cars (based on SL55, S55, S62, S50, E55) will be shown in the leading exhibition of Asian Continent.

With the MKB powered G55 and 400hp, the excellent drivers Oliver Koepp and Martin Strahler finished first after 2100 km through the desert of Tunisia at the "El Chott Rally" with a comfortable difference of 15 minutes to the second placed.
Conclusion: MKB cars are not only tested on german "Autobahns". | |  |

At the Essen Motorshow the award has been presented during an official dinner party organised by AutoBild, the german car magazine with the biggest readers number. Many VIPs from the automobile industry and professional motorsports pilots were invited.
